Dakar 2018 – Stage 3 – Bikes

Stage 3 of Dakar Rally 2018, started early this morning at 5:45 Peru Time.

05:45 Joan Barreda (Honda Factory Rider) was the first competitor to start the stage after he won the 2nd stage yesterday.

06:24 Sam Sunderland (KTM Factory Rider) takes the lead time after 50 km

07:54 Toby Price (KTM Factory Rider) takes the lead

08:15 Pablo Quintanilla (Husqvarna Factory Rider) takes the lead, while Sam and Toby seems lost a bit of time.

08:50 Barreda, Walkner and Van Beveren losing time and trailing behind the leader

09:28 Barreda seems losing out precious minutes due to some mistakes.

09:47 Mohammed Al Balooshi (Top UAE Rider) reached WP6 in 31st position

10:04 Sam won the stage ahead of Kevin Benavides (Honda Factory Rider) and the Toby Price, followed by Quintanilla!

10:10 Barreda arrives 15th so far (lost almost 27 min to the leader) it seems he did a big mistake
